Join us for a virtual Halloween-themed event and competition
Hello Phellow Philly SIGGRAPHers!
Get ready to unleash your creativity and Halloween spirit! 
Philly SIGGRAPH is hosting a fun, virtual event on Discord, and we’d love for you to join us!
Date: Thursday, October 24th
Time: 6:00 – 7:15 PM
Event Breakdown:
- 5 minutes: We’ll kick off by sharing some source files and going over the basic rules.
- 60 minutes: Time to get spooky! Sculpt a 3D pumpkin in any style using your favorite software or illustrate a Halloween-themed character or scene (funny, spooky, you name it!).
- 10 minutes: Show off your masterpiece! We’ll wrap up with a quick “show and tell” session.
Feeling competitive? Start from one of our templates and enter to win a prize, or bring your own project to create alongside us.
Prizes:
- 3D projects: Win a 3D-printed miniature
- 2D projects: Take home a framed print
Plus, from 10/25 to Halloween, SIGGRAPH members will vote for their favorite designs via a Discord poll.
Bonus: Costumes are highly encouraged – we’d love to see your Halloween spirit in action on camera!
